Since it was opened to the public several decades ago, the Castle of Valderrobres has offered a privileged setting for the development of cultural activities. Of all of them, the exhibitions, be they of painting, photography or sculpture, have been the ones that have enjoyed the greatest favour from the visiting public. The interest of many artists to exhibit their works in the splendid halls and the collaboration with museums and institutions, have guaranteed the continued presence of art within the monument. |

The artists who wish to exhibit in the castle can request it by filling in an application form and presenting it together with an artistic curriculum and a catalogue of their work in the castle or in the town hall of Valderrobres. The Foundation has created a commission to establish an annual exhibition calendar. Applications must be submitted before 31 October each year, as in November, the calendar of exhibitions for the following year will be established. Local exhibitions will be given preference over foreign ones, with the same level of quality. |
